No, I am not a cat-lady. But these precious ones, who have been a part of my life for 11 years, are like kids to me! Anyone who knows my boys personally knows they are not like typical cats. They are like dogs...they know when one is happy and when one is down....and they react accordingly. When I burst into tears the other day, Toby came and nuzzled his face under my arm and meowed loudly. They both come running when I come home, and it's not for food. Someone asked me if they are going back to the U.S. with me....you bet they are! :-)
