Has it really been OVER a year since I last posted????

Time flies when you are......

  • Busy with life...
  • Having fun....
  • Working hard building two businesses and tutoring....
  • Married....
Excuses...I know...so what follows is a recap of the past year!

  • April 2015....Paul and I were feeling the pull of the Holy Spirit away from a small group we'd been a part of, but to where, we didn't know.
  • May 2015....I had coffee with a good friend who was moving away, and she shared with me about her Messianic Congregation called Kingdom Living.  It's a "Spirit-led Hebraic Living" congregation.  I raced home and told Paul.  We visited that next Shabbat (Saturday), and during worship, both Paul and I were healed of some deep emotional issues.  We returned the next week, and again, Holy Spirit met both of us during worship and healed us.  Clearly, we'd found our spiritual family, and have since landed in a home group as well.  KL is under the umbrella of Tikkun International, which is based in Jerusalem, Israel.
  • June 2015...Paul and I went camping with friends and enjoyed 4 days of rest and fun at a secluded lake just 2 hours from our home!  Arden's mom turned 85!
  • July 2015...We travelled to Colorado to visit friends, family, and catch Roger Campbell and his band at the Evergreen Jazz Festival.  We also enjoyed an overnight in the mountains where Danna Campbell (sister-in-law) performed with her band, Sisters of Rock in Dillon, CO!
  • August 2015...Nothing too exciting....
  • September 2015...We traveled to Salt Lake City, UT to take part in the annual doTERRA convention.  Pleasantly surprised by the non-hype, we enjoyed being with 25,000 other wellness advocates and learned about the positive global impact that doTERRA is making!  We are thrilled to be a part of such an amazing company that is so incredibly generous!
  • October 2015...We traveled to Chicago for Paul's 30th reunion at Northwestern.  Saw friends we hadn't seen in 30 years!  We also had to tell Paul's mom that she would be staying in a nursing home, which was a difficult challenge.
  • November 2015...We traveled to Colorado to spend Thanksgiving with Arden's family in the Denver area.
  • December 2015...We traveled to Chicago to visit Paul's family for the holidays and worked for a friend, too.  This was the first client for Paul's new business:  Ordered Life Solutions.  He is working on being a certified professional organizer!
  • January 2016...We both continued to work our businesses and Paul subbed.  Paul turned 53!
  • February 2016...Arden traveled to Arizona to spend a week with her mom while her dad flew to Colorado to go skiing with her brothers!  What a special time that was with mom!  We also attended the NAPO meeting in St. Louis.  National Association of Professional Organizers.  There, we also got to reconnect with one of Arden's former students from Charlottesville!
  • March 2016...Arden turned 52!
  • April 2016...We traveled to St. Louis again for the NAPO meeting, and Paul won a prize for an organizing coaching course he will begin in May!  We believe the Lord is really ON this business choice and covet your prayers.  (We'll also appreciate your referrals!)
Which brings us up to date...as we launch into May, 2016, we are asking the Lord to breathe on our businesses so that we can invest in Kingdom works globally.  Join us in praying this way!  Thanks!
