Yes, this is a picture of my "boss", the deputy headmaster at my school here in Hungary. Yes, she is holding a mini keg of Heineken beer. Yes, she WON this prize at the high school prom. Yes, they have raffles at our prom. Yes, they raffle off alcohol at a high school prom, and if a student had won it, he or she could have taken it home! Mind you they also raffle off pen drives, baseball caps with Jagermeister imprinted on them (another famous alcoholic beverage here in Hungary), and bath products as well as weekends away, etc.
