The mayor of Kubekhaza, third from the left, is a Christian believer and a true visionary and evangelist! He used to serve in the Hungarian Parliament and the Lord called him back to this small village just outside of Szeged to serve as mayor! MANY in this village have come to Jesus!
Today I had the privilege of being a part of a discussion/prayer meeting with leaders from a number of different churches and fellowships in the Szeged area. What has already started is 24-hour prayer! Hallelujah!
What is on the heart of all of these leaders is that God would bring revival, especially to this part of Hungary. This is considered to be the most difficult territory in the whole country. Depression is at its highest here, and of course, the center of witchcraft is located here as well.
Today's meeting was encouraging as each leader got to share and we stood together hand in hand and prayed for one another and for God to have His way!
There will be a city-wide worship event on March 15th in Szeged and everyone is invited to come worship, pray, and seek the Lord! Location is yet to be determined, so stay tuned!
