Encouragement

Three things really encouraged me yesterday.

First, students of mine who came to watch the Szeged professional women's basketball team play a game and support one of the American women on the team! They have lots of homework, but they came and were encouraging of her and the team.

Second, we did a little activity during our ICF leadership team meeting where we each wrote down how we see each other serving/leading/and encouraging people in ICF. Let's just say it took a while for people to write down all the encouraging comments and that encouragement lifted each of us up when we really needed it and brought more unity to our little group!

Third, I received a report about people who have been standing with me in significant and tangible ways for months and years, and I was humbled by their faithfulness, commitment, perseverance, love and encouragement!

I am continually learning how God uses the little snippets in our lives to encourage us and remind us of HIS love and faithfulness and how HE is working!
