The adoration of God is to be the bed-rock of our interaction with Him. It was amazing to see how, in small groups, when we made adoring the Lord for who He is, and confessed what is true about Him and about Him in others, our hearts were set free in new ways.
One of the running comments during the weekend focused on how when we enter into our time with Him by adoring Him, we rise above the clouds and the greyness of our circumstances and He brings us up above the clouds into a clarity to see Him as He really is!
I thought I was just taking these pictures below because they were cool cloud pictures...but I think they depict the reality of what was communicated this weekend. There are storms under the clouds, where we live, but as we begin to adore the God of the universe, we can be lifted above and up into His glorious presence where the light and glory of who He is shines!
