This is one of the "before" shots...that is nasty, soggy, muddy carpet .
This view looks down the side of my house, where a tenant must walk to get to the basement apartment. Not so pretty, and one must wear boots to slosh through the muck!
Ta da!!!! Now there is a beautiful walkway with proper drainage to boot!
Not too shabby, huh? :-)
Some of the joy of homeowning is doing home improvements. This project was recently completed and while I like it, and it is a FAR cry better than what it was like, I want to do more in order to make this even better!
