I was sitting in the university cafe today when I looked outside and saw this image above. At first I didn't think much of it, but as my eye kept returning to it, I began to notice the oddities. Can you see at least 2 strange things about this situation?
Yes, the two cars are parked on this street.

OK, here are the Lazo guesses.
1. officially, no one should park at the red thingy. But this is eastern Europe. It doesn't matter, because the red things here are only for decoration... when you need them they never work... (if they ever do...some say it is just a show off to the EU, that we did it)

You get an "otos"! :-) However, you missed the reality that they are parked on the same side of the street but FACING one another. This is interesting that it's not a problem to do this or illegal! The red thingy is a fire-hydrant.
