You know how parents sometimes live their dreams through their kids? Well, sometimes teachers live their dreams through their students. When I was a kid, I always wanted to go to the Olympics.
I taught a wonderful young lady named Lindsay Shoop at The Covenant School years ago...she was in my 9th grade English class. Now she is a GOLD MEDALIST in the 2008 Olympics on the U.S. Women's 8 Rowing Team!!! Congratulations Lindsay! I am very proud of you!
